Reach customers exactly when they are searching for answers, comparing solutions, and making decisions
ChatGPT is becoming a place where consumers and business buyers look for information, compare solutions, and prepare to make decisions. ChatGPT Ads gives companies the chance to appear in exactly these moments – based on the context of the conversation, not a classic list of keywords.
At Strategiczni.pl, we help you check whether this channel makes sense for your business, launch your first campaign with correct measurement, and evaluate its value based on real data – not just clicks and impressions.
Book a free consultationCustomers no longer look for information only on Google or social media. They ask ChatGPT, compare solutions, look for recommendations, and check available options before making a decision. For companies, this means the emergence of another place where they can build their presence alongside existing advertising channels.
ChatGPT Ads let you reach the user in exactly these moments. An ad can appear alongside a conversation related to a specific need or problem, which is why the starting point isn’t a classic list of keywords, but an understanding of the situations and intents in which a company’s offer can genuinely be relevant. Instead of a classic approach based mainly on keywords, what matters are the contexts, needs, and situations in which the offer can be useful. That’s why a successful start requires the right strategy, dedicated messaging, and measurement that shows not only clicks, but also the quality of traffic and its impact on business goals.
when you want to test a new customer acquisition channel alongside Google, Meta, or LinkedIn
when your customers research, compare solutions, and ask AI about available options before buying
when you sell a product or service whose choice requires research, comparing offers, or a more detailed explanation
when you want to reach audiences based on the context of their needs, not just the keywords they type
when you want to test the potential of AI advertising before it becomes a standard part of your marketing plan
when you care not only about clicks, but also about measuring the quality of traffic, leads, and conversions
when you want to diversify your paid traffic sources and check whether ChatGPT adds extra value to your current campaigns
when you’re growing your brand’s visibility in AI and want to combine organic GEO efforts with a paid presence in ChatGPT
ChatGPT Ads let you test another channel for reaching customers and reduce your dependence on Google, Meta, or LinkedIn.
You can appear exactly when a user is actively analyzing a problem, comparing options, and preparing to make a decision.
Expanding the media mix gives a company more ways to scale its activities and reduces the dependence of results on one or two advertising channels.
A controlled test lets you assess traffic quality, conversions, and the channel’s real contribution before you commit a larger budget to it.
At Strategiczni.pl we help companies that want to check whether ChatGPT Ads can become a valuable part of their marketing and sales. We don’t assume a new channel will be the right choice for everyone – first we analyze how customers make decisions, the current marketing strategy, and the role advertising in ChatGPT can realistically play in the buyer’s journey.
We help companies that:
We treat ChatGPT Ads as part of a strategy, not a goal in itself. Before we launch a campaign, we check what business need it should address, which existing solution it will be competing with for budget, and how we’ll know the test is worth continuing. If the data confirms the channel’s potential – we develop and scale the activities.
We start with your business goals, current traffic sources, and how your customers make decisions. We check whether and where ChatGPT Ads can complement your current marketing strategy, then define the test’s goal, budget, and success metrics.
We prepare the account, campaign structure, and the analytics needed to evaluate results. We set up conversion tracking and a way to identify traffic, so that from the start it’s clear not only how many people clicked the ad, but what they did afterward.
We identify the situations and needs in which your offer can be relevant to a ChatGPT user. Based on this, we prepare messaging and launch the campaign as a controlled test of a specific business hypothesis, not a copy of your Google Ads activity.
We monitor cost, traffic, conversions, and user behavior after they land on the site. We check which contexts and messages attract valuable audiences, then adjust budgets, creatives, and the landing page.
Once we’ve gathered enough data, we assess whether ChatGPT Ads genuinely adds value to your marketing. If the results justify further investment, we scale the campaign and look for synergies with Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and GEO activities.
Book a call, and we’ll assess whether this channel fits your sales model, what role it can play in the buyer’s journey, and how to plan a first test with a clearly defined goal and way of measuring it.
Check the potential of ChatGPT Ads!The minimum daily budget depends on your account’s billing currency. For example, for accounts billed in PLN, OpenAI currently sets it at 65 PLN per day. That said, this minimum isn’t necessarily enough for a meaningful test — we set the recommended amount based on the campaign’s goal, conversion value, and the scale of data needed.
ChatGPT Ads is still a young channel, and OpenAI doesn’t publish universal performance benchmarks by industry. The recommended $3–5 refers to an initial maximum CPC bid, not an average cost per click or a guaranteed result. That’s why, before launch, we set our own success criteria for each specific business.
Ads can be shown to users on the Free and Go plans. They are not shown to Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Edu users, nor to accounts identified as belonging to people under 18.
No. OpenAI does not give advertisers access to chat content, conversation history, memories, or users’ personal data. Advertisers receive aggregated information about campaign performance, such as impressions, clicks, or conversions.
No. Ads are handled separately from the model that generates answers, and advertisers cannot influence what ChatGPT responds or how it ranks information. Sponsored content is also clearly separated from the answer itself.
No. OpenAI applies its own rules regarding permitted industries, products, creatives, and landing pages. Some categories are excluded or restricted — including political advertising, gambling, certain health, financial, and legal services, and regulated products. Before starting any activity, we check whether the client’s offer meets the platform’s current requirements.
Optimization is based on the data available at the campaign, ad group, and creative level: including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions. We combine this with data from the OpenAI Pixel, the Conversions API, and website analytics, which lets us also evaluate what happens after someone clicks the ad.
There’s no single number of days that fits every campaign. A test should run long enough to gather a sufficient number of impressions, clicks, and — most importantly — data on behavior and conversions. That’s why we don’t make scaling decisions after just a few days or based on CPC alone; we evaluate the channel against the business goal set before launch.
